For a wallpaper from our library, please plan on about 8 business days from order to delivery. If you've added our installation service, allow closer to two weeks from order date to the day it's hung on your wall.

Printing takes about 5 days, though this can shift depending on print queue volume and the size of your wall. Once printing wraps up, we'll either ship the wallpaper straight to you or reach out to lock in a time for our installers to come by.

Custom orders run on their own timeline, which will vary based on what you're asking for.

For Prints & wall stickers, your order will typically be delivered within 8 business days.

Some of the designs in our library can be personalized before you order by adding your little one's name, or tweaking some colors.

If you're after something more tailored, we also create fully custom wallpapers & prints to bring your exact vision to life.

We currently don't ship internationally though our website - However, please do reach out to us here or on nour@mamanouii.com and we can look into international shipping for you.

We ask for about 3 weeks' notice to design and prepare your baby announcement, chocolate designs or Meghle boxes. Since babies don't always stick to a schedule, we'd recommend reaching out as soon as you have your due date in mind, even if the exact birth date is still unknown — we can start planning the design early and finalize details once your sweet little one arrives.

If you're a fellow member of the kids' world, we'd love to explore working together — there are plenty of ways our creative worlds can connect. A few ideas:

We could design exclusive illustrations and patterns for your brand, helping it feel more recognizable, playful, and relevant to kids. We're also open to co-branded collections — bringing our designs together with your products to create something limited-edition and special for both our audiences. If you're looking for character or mascot artwork, we can develop original illustrations that give your brand a distinct visual identity kids will recognise instantly. And for brands wanting a broader creative partnership, we can discuss licensing our artwork for use across your own product lines.
